If you are stumped about what breakfast recipes to make for a crowd, this list of ideas will be sure to please! The ideas are based on the app called, âClean Simple Eats +â. You can subscribe to get their recipes for only $15/month.
You can also scroll below for idea recipes that I linked in the “recipe idea here” tab if you don’t have the app. When finding the recipes to link, I looked around for recipes that would be easy to make in bulk or ones that were simply nutritious.

Healthy Breakfast Gathering Recipes:
1. Oatmeal
You can find instant pot and slow cooker recipes to make homemade oatmeal in bulk!
2. Â French Toast
You can make French toast in bulk by using a casserole dish! Â This method is from pillsbury.com.
3. Â Pancakes
You can make pancakes ahead of time by freezing the pancakes you make. It will take some time, but these actually turn out after they’ve been in the freezer, unlike some foods.
4. Â Waffles
The recipe attached has been my go-to recipe when I have eaten a strict diet to clean up my health. Â It is great! Â It’s freezer-friendly and requires less than 30 minutes to make.
5. Â Breakfast Tacos
Yay! Here is the original recipe from the CSE (clean simple eats) website! Enjoy! HERE is a YouTube video on how to make scrambled eggs using a casserole dish in the oven. It will help simplify things when cooking in bulk!

6. Â Brekkie Bruschetta
Bruschetta is a beautiful and vibrant dish to serve your guests! It’s easy to pull together. Simply chop up the red tomatoes and add the toppings and herbs you would like. The last part of drizzling balsamic glaze over the crispy bread. Using rustic or sourdough bread makes this an adorned and delectable dish!
7. Â Shake
You can make any type of shake under the sun! If you sign up for Green Smoothie Girl’s list, you will find 1001 to make a smoothie. For a gathering, I would make the Power Greens Shake from Clean Simple Eats. With this recipe, protein powder is optional so it would be cheaper to make for several people.
8. Â Cheesy Sausage Egg Bake
I found two recipes for this one. This one is more simple and made for a crowd. The one linked below is one that is packed with more veggies.
9. Â Crepes
In order to not have guests waiting around, you’ll need to prep the crepes ahead of time. Thepioneerwoman.com talks about how she breaks down making the crepes the day before. Then she washes the fruit the day of the event while the crepes are warming up in the oven.
10. Â Chocolate Lover’s Acai Bowl
You can set aside the ingredients and make them in bulk. Â Personally, I think that this recipe may be a bit more on the pricey side. Â However, if you buy the acai packets in bulk – I’ve seen some at Costco, Sam’s Club, and Trader Joe’s – it will cut the cost cheaper. Â If you want to make this recipe vegan, you can use vegan protein powder. Â This CSE recipe will be sure to please. Â
11. Â Granola Bars
I personally don’t like the granola recipes on the CSE website. This list comes from the top followers saying what they would make or have made in bulk for a crowd. I will attach a few of my favorite recipes.

You can make this in bulk in several different ways. Attached is a recipe that is similar and you can add as many veggies as you want!
13. Â Egg white, Pepper Jack, & Avocado Sandwich
You can make scrambled eggs ahead of time in a casserole dish in the oven. HERE is a YouTube video on how to do that. However, if you want to make this recipe in bulk, I think it would be one of the fastest to put together. And will keep people happy, healthy, and their stomachs filled.

To make this recipe for several people, you will need to prep a lot ahead of time by cooking several dishes. If you have more casserole dishes, you can make several batches at the same time in the oven. The CSE recipe takes only 20 minutes to bake.
